To check in, our hotel is providing cloud front-desk services, operated and conducted by the self-service machine KIOSK.
To check in, please get ready with your booking number, your cell phone number and ID.
To check in, please make sure that your ID MUST BE one of the following: Taiwanese ID card, Resident permit, or Mainland travel permit.
Driver’s licenses and NHI cards are not accepted.
Payments are available either by cash or credit card (Debit cards are not accepted).
To enter, please press the Intercom button, located on the left side of the glass front door. We shall confirm your booking, and then open the front door for you.
Room cards are available after 5P.M., but you can register first at the self-service machine KIOSK if you arrive early. Coin-operated lockers are also available.

To check out by noon, please follow the instructions of the machine KIOSK. Please insert slowly one card ONLY at one time.
